A: The certificates are issued purely as novelty products, not as investment opportunities.

Q: “Can I make improvements or develop the ground?”

A: No, this is not permitted.

Q: “Can I occupy the ground?”

A: No, this is not possible.

Q: “By purchasing the land, will this give me the right to reside in England?”

A: No, absolutely not.

Q: “Can I sell the land for a profit?”

A: No, as stated previously the certificates are issued purely as novelty products,  not as investment opportunities.

Q: “Can I receive any income from the land?”

A: No, this is not permitted.

Q: “Am I liable to pay taxes on the land?”

A: No.

Q: “How many certificates will be issued?”

A: The number of certificates issued will not exceed the number of 12” x 12” plots available in the property.

Q: “Is the certificate a legal document?”

A: The certificates are not registered with The Land Registry. However they will be numbered to comply with the question and answer referred to above.
